Conflict Resolution & Bully Prevention Education
Empowering teachers, parents, and young people to resolve conflict nonviolently to create a more peaceful and understanding world.
Our education system has a serious gap. We need to learn how to nonviolently resolve conflict.
Helping our youth begins by educating our teachers and parents.
Instances of bullying, prejudice, and violence are growing — what can we do?
For almost forty years, the Atrium Society has worked with teachers, students, and organizations around the world, teaching bullying, prejudice, and peace education. We also teach Martial Arts for Peace — non-violent methods to protect yourself.
Our curricula, books, and educational resources are used worldwide to make sustainable change and help communities. We believe that locals are best able to address the needs of their community and we support local leaders to make lasting change.
We’re training teachers worldwide so youth can live more peaceful lives.
Your donations help us educate youth and their teachers worldwide to create a more peaceful world.
We are a 501(c)(3) registered non-profit and will provide you with tax-deductible receipts.
The complete collection of our digital PDF resources are available for free. For physical copies, we ask for a small fee to help cover printing and shipping costs. If you find our resources helpful, we would be grateful for a donation of any size.
Teacher Training in Nigeria
The Atrium Society is working with the ASHH Foundation, a locally-run non-profit in Nigeria. The ASHH Foundation is training teachers on bully prevention using our curricula and has seen tremendous growth and support since beginning in 2021.
Over the next five years, the ASHH Foundation aims to train 5,000 teachers and reach 100,000 students.
Conflict Education in South-East Asia & Nepal
Imagine a world where children are denied the right to read and learn. A world where they are left vulnerable to misinformation and manipulation. This is the reality for more than half of the children aged 5-16 in rural Himalayan villages.
The Atrium Society is working with Rajib Timalsina who teaches and travels extensively throughout Asia and abroad, bringing the Atrium Society’s BioCognetic peace education to the most vulnerable and in-need.
